What made you make up your mind to take part in this event?

Complete insanity.
 
What concerns do you have about the Race Around Ireland?

Physical and mental ability.
 
What are you most looking forward to in the Race Around Ireland?
 
Completing it but taking in some great views along the way, whilst being involved in a well organised and great team environment.
Cycling or athletic history, cycling results etc?
 
Cycling for triathlon only. Restarted cycling in 2008.

Who do you most admire in sport and why?
 
Valentino Rossi (MotoGP) as a 7 time world champion in 125cc, 250cc and MotoGP he has dominated the sport even whilst riding inferior bikes which are 1 second slower than the faster bikes proving that the sports person is more important than the technology.
