A continued desire to find new ways to torture myself!
 
What concerns do you have about the Race Around Ireland?

The distance, the weather, the hills, the country roads, the dark, random animals, saddle sores, lack of sleep, getting lost, mechanical failures, physical failures, mental failures ....thats all for now!
 
What are you most looking forward to in the Race Around Ireland?

Apart from the end, all of the above
 
Cycling or athletic history, cycling results etc?

Rower – former Welsh team captain. Competed at National and International events including Commonwealth Games.
 
What is your motto for the Race Around Ireland?
 
Just one more mile and then I can stop....
 
Who do you most admire in sport and why?
Seb Coe for his seamlessly effortless grace and Lance Armstrong for his mental fortitude
