The Race Around Ireland requires a year-around organizational effort. In addition to the tangible things each registered Racer receives, we also provide these all-important intangibles:
A meticulously researched route that is safe & challenging.
A headquarters staffed by 5-10 operators/officials, around the clock for 5 days.
Start and Finish-line activities
Over 25 officials on route, ensuring the integrity of the race.
Contact with local Gardai to ensure your safety along the route.
Promotional exposure for your supporters.
Ongoing consultation to support your marketing and cycling efforts.

Finisher’s medallion for those who officially finish
Official Finishers Jersey for racers who complete the course

Official Race Around Ireland merchandise.
Books
The route is meticulously researched and recorded. The official Route Book includes maps and detailed landmarks and directions. It also has information on Time Stations and rules.
Vehicle Signage Kit
Each Solo and Team will get a Signage Kit for up to 3 support vehicles.
1 reflective “CAUTION BICYCLES AHEAD” sign for the back of the support vehicle.
Personalized Racer number signs for the sides of the support vehicle.
NOTE: Racers need to bring their own D.O.T.- approved reflective triangles for the rear of their pace vehicles.
If you have more than 3 Support Vehicles, you MUST purchase one Vehicle Signage Kit for each vehicle.
Awards
Every official Race Around Ireland Finisher and Team Finisher will receive a Finisher’s medallion
Preparation Materials
The Rule Book and Route Book will have critical information about the race, the route, Start logistics, vehicle setup guide, and Finish-line logistics and information.
The Registration Binder is to help you stay organized with Start paperwork and inspection forms.
The Race Around Ireland website will have an extensive collection of articles and information about preparations and how to do the race: sleep management considerations and strategies, race strategies, vehicle setup, and more.
